Gabrielle Judge, the content creator known as "Ms. Anti Work" on social media, has spoken out following the tragic death of her fiancé, Matthew Fugate.

On Monday, June 15, Judge took to her Instagram page to share a lengthy statement about her partner, who died at age 32 on June 4. The influencer, 29, has yet to confirm the circumstances surrounding Fugate's death, and she noted in her statement that she does not plan to discuss the details until after his funeral.

"Hello everyone. I am not okay.... But that's okay. I know, one day, I will learn to be okay again. And Matthew would want me to be okay too," Judge began in her post about Fugate, who worked as a realtor and founded his own property management company.

She continued to thank those who have shown "love and support" in recent weeks. "I'm still grieving and navigating a lot, but creating has always been one of the ways I process life. I'm not fully back, and things may look different for a while, but I'm ready to start showing up again," wrote the Colorado-based creator, who has 368,000 followers on Instagram.

"The last 11 days without Matthew have changed me in ways I don't fully understand yet. Some lessons are already clear, and others I'm sure will reveal themselves with time," she continued. "Losing him has forced me to think differently about work, time, money, and what actually matters."

In the caption of her multi-slide text post, Judge described her late partner as "the love of my life, as I understood it." She added, "I grieve my future as I understood it. I grieve that he'll never be a father. I miss his arms always hanging on my shoulder and how he'd constantly say 'Gab!!' For my attention."

She concluded by sharing the last words she spoke to him, "Thank you so much for 6 beautiful years. Everything I have today is because of you. You are the love of my life," she recalled. "Rest in heaven, Matthew. I will carry his torch everyday to the best of my ability."

In addition to her Instagram presence, Judge writes Substack articles and offers templates for people seeking alternative approaches to corporate work on her website. She and Fugate initially announced their engagement with an Instagram Reel that Judge posted in November 2025.

Following his death, a GoFundMe was launched to help with funeral costs and support Fugate's surviving loved ones, including Judge. "Any contribution, no matter the amount, will help ease the financial burden and allow them to focus on honoring Matthew's life and caring for one another," the fundraiser description reads.

The page also notes that any remaining donations "will be directed toward a cause that reflects Matthew's legacy, chosen jointly by Gabrielle and his mother, Deborah." As of Monday, June 15, the page has reached just over half of its $16,000 goal.
