Tom Brady reunites with his ex Bridget Moynahan to mark huge family milestone

Tom Brady and Bridget Moynahan have reunited to celebrate a huge milestone for their son Jack.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion, 48, proudly posted a series of photos on Instagram as they celebrated the 18-year-old's high school graduation. The carousel of snaps included one of him and Bridget, 55, as they supported Jack, who they welcomed in 2007.
The former couple stood on either side of their son beaming with pride with Tom dressed in a blue suit, while Bridget wore a blue and white striped dress. Jack sported a maroon cap and gown as he held his new diploma in the air.

Tom shared further images featuring himself and Jack posing alongside his children with ex-wife Gisele BΓΌndchen, Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, as well as several more snaps of Jack during his graduation ceremony and party.

In one picture Tom delicately placed his hand on his son's chest with his other arm wrapped around the teenager. Another picture saw Jack posing with his paternal grandparents, Tom Sr. and Galynn.

Captioning the pictures Tom wrote, "One of the proudest days of my life, watching Jack walk across the stage, and graduate into the next chapter of what's already an impressive life. You are an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend amongst many other things.
"What makes me happiest is knowing who you are when no one is watching. The way you show up for your friends. The way you check on people having a hard day. The love you give our family, and the fact that you still let me win in 1v1 every once in a while."

He added, "This isn't an ending. It's a starting line. Whatever you chase next we know you'll find success in. Take the risks. Be kind. Be yourself. And know your family and friends are always right behind you cheering the loudest because you do the same for everybody else! We love you."
Bridget previously opened up to PEOPLE in 2019 about how she and Tom decided to co-parent Jack when their three-year relationship ended in December 2006.

She said, "Tom and I made a decision to raise a child together, and we both found partners that not only supported us in raising that child, but also loved our child as if he was their own. I don't think you can ask for more than that."
She married Andrew Frankel in 2015, also becoming a stepmother to his three sons. Tom and Gisele, 45, wed in 2009 and later divorced in 2022. Jack has a keen interest in sports like his dad and at Christmas last year Tom shared pictures of the pair playing golf together.
