Yungblud is giving his self-proclaimed "cougar" fanbase plenty to talk about once again. This time, it has nothing to do with new music.
The 28-year-old Idols singer was spotted near-naked on a yacht cruising Sydney Harbor in Australia on Jan. 8, 2026. In the brief video obtained by TMZ, Yungblud (born Dominic Harrison) is seen soaking up the sun with a drink in one hand and his privates in another. after toasting to the harbor, he quickly dons a towel and lays his bathing suit out to dry before joining his posse on the upper deck.
The near-nude yacht video comes days after Rolling Stone published an interview with the rock icon, who announced his his new album, part two of Idols will arrive "imminently." If we had to guess, the release will likely be around the 2026 Grammys (Feb. 1).
He teased the song "I Need You to Make the World Seem Fine" to the outlet, sharing lyrics that serve as an immediate callback to the album before it:
Yungblud's upcoming release will be "more cynical" than the last, revealing the "realism" of figuring out how to "live in the real world as this person you’ve discovered."
As with everything the Doncaster native does, his newest release is heavily influenced by the rock stars who came before him, including David Bowie (who he posted a picture of to his Instagram Stories the same day the yacht video was captured).
"My favorite thing Bowie said was, 'I would look at the last album and go completely the opposite way,'" he told Rolling Stone. "If you’ve got three minutes and five chords and the f--king truth, what are you gonna do?"
There hasn't been an official announcement regarding whenIdols part two will come out. For now, it seems Yungblud is quite literally soaking up everything 2026 has to offer.
