Pope Leo's brother attends UFC White House fight. Who is he?

Sunday's UFC Freedom 250 saw many recognizable figures in the crowd, including President Donald Trump, as fighters such as Illia Topuria and Justin Gaethje faced off at the White House.
The event, hosted on Sunday, June 14, also saw first lady Melania Trump, UFC President and CEO Dana White and Vice President JD Vance in attendance among 4,300 others who sat under a temporary arena on the South Lawn.
There was also a famous family member in attendance: Pope Leo's brother, Louis Prevost.
Since his brother's historic election to the papacy, Prevost has publicly supported Trump, with the president calling him "all MAGA" in posts on Truth Social.
"I like his brother Louis much better than I like him, because Louis is all MAGA," Trump said in an April post. "He gets it, and Leo doesn't!"
Sunday was not the first time Prevost was seen at the White House. In May, the pope's older brother was invited to meet Trump in the Oval Office, where he was pictured with his wife standing and smiling next to the president and Vance.
A tale of two brothers
Despite Trump's positive relationship with the older Prevost brother, the president has had a tense relationship with the younger one, Leo.
One of the biggest clashes between the two came after Trump threatened to destroy "a whole civilization" should Iran fail to meet his deadline to open the Strait of Hormuz in April. Following Trump's post, the pontiff called the comments "unacceptable."
"Today, as we all know, there was this threat against the entire people of Iran, and this is truly unacceptable," Leo said.

Trump then went on to call the American-born pontiff "WEAK on Crime" and posted a photo of himself seemingly as Jesus Christ.
Who is Louis Prevost?
Prevost, 74, is the eldest brother of Leo and has publicly talked about his political views. A Florida resident, he described himself during a "Piers Morgan Uncensored" episode in December 2025 as "the black sheep of the family."
During the episode, he also called himself "a MAGA kind of guy."
Prevost, who is 4 years older than Leo and 2 years older than his other brother, John Joseph Prevost, said his younger brothers have a closer relationship. In the same appearance on Piers Morgan's show, Prevost added that his prolonged absence while serving in the U.S. Navy led to the lack of closeness with his siblings.
"I missed a lot of stuff with them growing up; the thing they probably remember most is me beating up on them all the time," he said.
"That drilled them to be closer together. They talk pretty much every day. I get to talk to my brother, the pope, maybe once a week," Prevost added.
