One of Patrick Dempsey's 19-year-old twins is embarking on a modeling career.
Sullivan Patrick Dempsey appears in a campaign for the luxury resale boutique Morphew World, modeling a pair of archival looks.
The brand first posted a photo of Sullivan on its Instagram on May 28, showing the teen wearing a 1980s YSL gown in blue and teal. Another image posted on June 8 shows Sullivan in a black ensemble by Issey Miyake from the 1980s.
Patrick, 60, shares three children with his wife, Jillian Dempsey. The couple first became parents in 2002 with the arrival of their daughter, Talula. Just a few years later, the couple went on to welcome their twins, Darby and Sullivan.
The Grey's Anatomy alum previously told PEOPLE that the pair have different personalities, with Darby being much more "reserved and quiet" compared to Sullivan. He shared, "Sullivan is very funny — he has funny expressions in the way he's taking things in."

"Boys are completely different than girls for obvious reasons, but physically they're so much more active! You cannot turn your back [because] there's always an injury, there's always something going on," Dempsey said on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
In May 2025, Darby and Sullivan, now 19, graduated from the Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences in Santa Monica, Calif.

"So proud of you boys and cannot wait to see where the next chapter of your lives will take you!" Dempsey wrote on Instagram.
On Sunday, Feb. 1, the actor shared a rare throwback photo of Darby and Sullivan as the pair celebrated their 19th birthday.
In the snapshot, the twins were seen sleeping beside each other as children, wrapped in the same blanket in bed.
"Such sweet dream twinnies! 🎈🎈Happy birthday to our very creative & charming babies who turn 19 today," Patrick and his wife captioned their joint post. "We love you both so much! ♥️."
