North West celebrated her 13th birthday with heartfelt tributes from Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner on Instagram
Over the weekend, North performed solo at Lyrical Lemonade's Summer Smash music festival, marking her first solo festival appearance
Her debut EP, N0rth4Evr, was released on May 1 and features a collaboration with Kanye West
North West is officially a teenager!
On Monday, June 15, the daughter of Kim Kardashian and ex-husband Kanye West celebrated her 13th birthday, with several of her family members sharing sweet tributes to the newly minted teen on Instagram.
Kardashian, who is also mom to Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 7, shared a series of recent photos of North, as well as a cute selfie of the mother-daughter duo and an adorable throwback picture of North as a baby.
"🩵 Happy Birthday my Northiiiiiieeeeeeeee (Uzi voice!!!)🩵 I can't believe you are officially a teenager!!!!! There's no one like you my baby girl!" the mom of four, 45, began her caption. "I love being your mom and watching you grow. I love you to the aliens galaxies you would speak of as a kid and beyond. 🖤👽🛸🩵💙."

North's grandmother, Kris Jenner, also got in on the birthday action, sharing more photos of North with her entire family over the years.
"Happy Birthday my amazing North! You are beautiful, brilliant, creative, funny, and smart, and you have such a love for life and everything it has to offer," Jenner, 70, wrote.

"I love watching you grow, and seeing you find your own path and passions has been such a joy, and I am so proud of the incredible young lady you are," she continued. "Keep dreaming big and shining bright… I am so proud of you!! We all love you so much!! Lovey xo @northwest."
Over the weekend, North kicked off her birthday celebrations by performing solo at a music festival for the first time. On Friday, June 12, North performed at Lyrical Lemonade's Summer Smash 2026 music festival in Bridgeview, Ill.

Kardashian shared a look into the event on her Instagram Stories with a photo of backstage passes that had North's face on them alongside the words "Stage 3 … North West."
The SKIMS founder also reshared a series of clips of North performing onstage at the music festival to cheering crowds, while dressed in a head-to-toe black Balenciaga outfit with spiky jewelry, black sneaker boots and huge black sunglasses.
West, 49, also shared support for North's first solo festival appearance by reposting a clip on his Instagram Stories of North performing their 2024 collaboration "TALKING," from his album Vultures 1, as fans chanted the lyrics.
North's first solo music festival performance came after the release of her debut EP, N0rth4Evr, on May 1.
