Jen Hamilton is addressing speculation about her marriage two days after posting that her "heart is absolutely shattered."
On Saturday, June 13, the influencer shared a video of herself crying with a cryptic caption that seemed to hint at turmoil in her relationship with her husband of nearly 14 years, Brian Hamilton. The clip has since been removed from her TikTok but remains public on her X account.
"Day 1: absolutely devastated. Please don't try to reach out to anybody on my behalf. That would make everything so much worse for me," Jen, 35, wrote alongside the video. "Please just let me grieve. My heart is absolutely shattered. 'He broke my heart, but I still love him with all the pieces.'"

Her emotional post made headlines, and many of her fans voiced their concern in various responses shared online. On Monday, June 15, the New York Times bestselling author of Birth Vibes spoke out about the situation in another video shared to her TikTok and Instagram platforms, where she has a collective 6.7 million followers.
In text written over a brief clip of her lying down, Jen wrote, "It's my own fault. I posted my real time pain for it to be witnessed. For someone to tell me l'm gonna be ok. I just didn't expect so many people to use it for content."
She continued to note that her feed "on every app" is filled with posts that mention her and her husband.
"I'm gonna stop scrolling. I am just hurting and every attempt to distract myself just ends up making it worse because it's everywhere," Jen continued. "No one owes me privacy. This is the life I live. But if you ever loved me. Please stop. Talking about him. Talking about our family. Our relationship. I still love him so much and want the best for him. It's my own fault. I'm sorry. I regret it so much."

She added in the caption, "The situation is so complex. We both are hurting, broken people. And I love him so much. Please send love and healing vibes his way but do not reach out or talk bad about him. It's my fault for bringing it here. I was just hurting and looking for comfort. So much regret."
The social media star and Brian share two sons: Ellis and Luke. In her original video alluding to heartbreak, Jen said that Luke "asked me today, 'Are you gonna cry all the time?' I said, 'I hope not, buddy.'"
Neither Jen nor Brian immediately responded to PEOPLE's requests for comment following her initial post on Saturday.

Last year, Jen shared a tribute to her husband in honor of their wedding anniversary. "It hasn't always been awesome or fun and there was even a time we didn't think we were going to make it. But I'm grateful for mending our family and sticking it out," she captioned a set of wedding photos on Instagram.
"Social media is fake. Don't believe people who act like they have it all together. No one does," she added at the time.
Hamilton previously opened up about a past separation from Brian in a video shared on TikTok in 2022. "He and I were separated, and it was not a fun time," she said. "But also, the best thing that ever happened to us."
