Heather Morris is still connected to some of her Glee costars over a decade after the beloved show came to an end.
While chatting with PEOPLE about her latest role in the Off-Broadway show 11 to Midnight, the actress and dancer, 39, reflects on her favorite moments from filming the show and reveals who she still keeps in touch with.
While it's hard for her to pick a favorite moment, she confesses that since the cast had “almost seven whole years of being on set together,” her most cherished memories often happened off-set.

“It would be the in-between moments, like being in the makeup trailer or getting lunch together or going and grabbing coffee. We would zoom out to Larchmont at our lunch break and go get lunch," Morris shares. "I think just like having human moments is really important."
Meanwhile, her favorite line from the show has changed over the years, as her character, Brittany Pierce, had some iconic one-liners.
“It used to be, ‘Dolphins are just gay sharks,'" she shares. "My personal favorite is ‘Stop the violence.' It's just iconic. It's the juxtaposition of a fight with ‘Stop the violence.' That's crazy. [Brittany] doesn't know how to do it. She doesn't know how to deal with it. She just is like, ‘Stop the violence.' "
The line came in season 2, when Naya Rivera's Santana and Dianna Agron's Quinn got into a heated physical fight in the hallway, pushing and shoving each other into lockers. Brittany, calmly standing to the side, simply told them to "stop the violence," but didn't get involved.
Morris recently joined the cast of 11 to Midnight, an Off-Broadway dance show co-created by the Cost n' Mayor duo Austin & Marideth Telenko and Hideaway Circus, Josh and Lyndsay Aviner.

A few of Morris' former Glee costars are also currently on Broadway, with Lea Michele starring in Chess and Kevin McHale in the 25th Annual Putnam Spelling Bee. Darren Criss also won a Tony for his work in Maybe Happy Ending, while Matthew Morrison recently took over as Bobby Darin in Just In Time.
“I was just texting Kevin this morning. I'm trying to get him to hang out with me at any chance in time, because I love him so dearly," Morris says. "I'm keeping up with everybody. I'm going to see Matthew Morrison in Just in Time. I love him to pieces."
In fact, she shares that her husband, Taylor Hubbell, mentored Morrison, 47, in woodworking during the pandemic.
“One day, I walked out into my garage because my husband's a bespoke furniture maker. Matthew Morrison was woodworking with my husband. And I was like, 'What are you doing here?' "

She shares she's “very excited to watch everybody on Broadway” and “see them and squeeze them, and have time with them.”
When asked if long-term friend McHale gave her any advice about taking the stage again, she replies, “No, I mean, we have such different shows. I'm not singing, I'm dancing the whole time.”
Morris also starred on the beloved FOX series alongside Jane Lynch, Cory Monteith, Jonathan Groff and Amber Riley, just to name a few.
