But Hailey Bieber recently stepped into the field, reminding them that her fitness finesse is just as razor-sharp as her fashion game. The Rhode founder didn’t just work out quietly; she legit jumped on a trending arm fitness challenge and made it look far easier than it actually was.

This video, which started with a rather friendly competition between Hailey and Louis Chandler, the director of fitness at Alo Wellness Club, ended up proving a very feminist point. After all, even the caption read, “Men, they just don’t compare to women!”

This super gasp-worthy video featured a confident Hailey Bieber and Louis Chandler posing on their respective exercise mats, each with their body weight on their elbows. Hailey then made things interesting by folding one arm behind her back, bearing her entire weight on the other, as he followed.

Then she folded her other hand behind her back, holding her entire upper body weight with her firm core, and this was when he couldn’t keep up and gave up. This video is proof that when it comes to all things fashion and fitness, nobody can beat Bieber at her own game!
