Marla Maples has shared some heartfelt words for her one and only grandson.

The 62-year-old beauty, who is the ex-wife of President Donald Trump, took to her Instagram on Thursday, August 6, to share a series of snaps showing her posing with her daughter Tiffany Trump's first child, Alexander.

Posing in front of a candle display in a church, Marla crouched down to beam a bright smile next to baby Alexander, whom Tiffany shares with her husband, Michael Boulos. It comes after the glam gran sent her followers into a frenzy with her workout routine that maintains her incredible figure.

She opted for a chic but casual look, wearing white flowy trousers and a beige linen shirt. Marla completed her look with a cream Chanel bag and a pair of cream pumps.

Marla also went for a more natural look for glam, flaunting her natural curls and flawless complexion. Alexander looked ever so cute in a green, blue and white T-shirt and shorts co-ord, paired with white sneakers.

The mom-of-one shared a series of different wholesome snaps with her grandson while he sat in his stroller, as well as pictures of them in and around the church.

Under the snap, Marla penned, "Yesterday, Alexander and I spent the afternoon at Notre-Dame de Laghet Sanctuary, a place of prayer and miracles since the 17th century.

"Watching him kneel with such innocent wonder reminded me that children don't have to be taught how to recognize the sacred... they often see it before we do."

"My prayer is that his heart will always remain open to God's Presence, wherever life leads him. And may we all remember to see the world with the wonder of a child," she concluded.

Hundreds of her 275,000 followers were quick to take to the comments, with one user gushing, "So precious! What a blessing from God children are!"

Another echoed, "God's Precious Gift! Shine Bright, Sweet Alexander!" prompting a third person to chime in, "He looks like his Grammie, so blessed."

A fourth fan penned, "'Glam ma' looks ravishing and Alexander so adorable," with a fifth adding, "Again, these are beautiful and meaningful words. And what a beautiful and amazing place to visit. Hello little Alexander."
