Dolly Parton rounded up the troops as she remade her 1977 classic.

The country music legend brought together powerhouse artists Queen Latifah, Lainey Wilson, Reba McEntire and her goddaughter, Miley Cyrus, for a rendition of her classic track, "Light of a Clear Blue Morning."

Ahead of her 80th birthday on Jan. 19, Parton said she continues to believe the message conveyed by the 1977 song, which repeats "everything will be alright."

"I wrote 'Light of a Clear Blue Morning' during a season when I was searching for hope, and 50 years later that message still feels just as true," she said in a statement. "As I celebrate my 80th birthday, this new version is my way of using what I’ve been blessed with to shine a little light forward, especially by sharing it with some truly incredible women."

At the start of the new version, Parton says, "You know we're living in troubled and uncertain times. But we can't let the darkness win. I can see the light of a clear blue morning, can you?"

Dolly Parton won't be at her 80th 'big ol' birthday' celebration

Parton will not attend the Grand Ole Opry on her 80th birthday despite the venue hosting a "big ol" party in her honor, a spokesperson previously confirmed to USA TODAY.

Her announcement comes months after she postponed her Las Vegas concert residency due to medical procedures and after her husband, Carl Dean, died in March.

In September, Parton postponed her upcoming Las Vegas concerts, telling fans she has been "dealing with some health challenges, and my doctors tell me that I must have a few procedures." Parton's sister, Freida, unintentionally prompted alarming concerns about the severity of her health when she asked fans to pray for the singer.

In an Oct. 8 video on Instagram, Parton assured fans she is doing "OK" despite "some problems" to deal with and needs to have a "few treatments." She responded humorously, capturing the video: "I ain't dead yet!"
