Now this is one buzzy reunion!
Over 17 years after the release of their 2008 film The Secret Life of Bees, Dakota Fanning and Queen Latifah joined forces once again to present the awards for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series — Drama and Best Television Series — Drama at the 2026 Golden Globes on Sunday.
The costars were all smiles as they took to the stage together and even showcased their strong bond by finishing each other's sentences during their introduction. "My friend from The Secret Life of Bees and I are here to present the award for Female Actor in a TV Series Drama," Latifah began.

Fanning continued, "And what this year's nominees have in common is this: every moment they are on the screen you can't take your eyes off them."
Latifah noted that the actresses in the category are "unique" and "have something different to share with us" in every episode.
"And that's why they're all icons," Fanning concluded. "Here are the nominees."
The star-studded category included Kathy Bates (Matlock), Britt Lower (Severance), Helen Mirren (Mobland), Bella Ramsey (The Last of Us), Keri Russell (The Diplomat), and Rhea Seehorn (Pluribus). In the end, Seehorn took home the award for her performance as novelist Carol in the Vince Gilligan-created sci-fi series.
After Seehorn's acceptance speech, Latifah and Fanning returned to present the award for Best Television Series — Drama, which went to The Pitt.
