Courtney Stodden revealed she had a breast reduction after getting "huge implants" when she was "barely 18"
The 31-year-old model said she her "body feels like mine" two weeks post-op
Stodden previously opened up to PEOPLE about why she publicly discloses her cosmetic procedures
Courtney Stodden is reclaiming her body.
In a candid Instagram post shared on Thursday, June 11, the former Celebrity Big Brother star, 31, revealed that she underwent a breast reduction after getting "huge implants" as a teenager.
"Introducing the new girls 🤍," Stodden wrote alongside a snapshot of herself wearing black lace lingerie. "I got huge implants when i was barely 18. today, at 31, i finally feel like i'm making decisions for me."
She explained that the procedure "wasn't just about going smaller, it was about taking my body back."
"I'm only about 2 weeks post-op and still healing, but already i feel lighter," she said. "for so many years, my body felt like it belonged to everyone but me. now it feels like mine."
Stodden also shouted out her doctor. "Thank you Dr. Linder and everyone at his clinic for taking such amazing care of me," she wrote. "my back is happier, my body feels like mine, and honestly… so do i 😊 also how gorgeous is this @honeybirdette set? i couldn't resist 🤍"
After sharing a photo of her bandaged nose following a septoplasty procedure in 2025, Stodden opened up to PEOPLE about why she chooses to publicly disclose her cosmetic procedures.

"I think it's really important to not gatekeep," she said, having spoken in the past about getting a breast augmentation and since-dissolved lip fillers.
She continued, "So many celebrities are getting plastic surgery every day, and then they say, 'Oh, hey, I'm drinking a lot of green juice,' and I just think it's unhealthy for people, young girls especially."
Stodden said that her life had improved since having the septoplasty. "I have been eating so much food," she shared, "because not only can I breathe better, I can actually taste food."
"I don't think I've realized how good food is," added the star, who's vegan. "My septum was so deviated, and it got worse after my first septoplasty."

In the caption of Stodden's Instagram post about the procedure, she shouted out Los Angeles surgeon Dr. Gary Motykie and claimed it had "been the easiest recovery process."
"I feel so amazing just one week post-op," she wrote at the time. "I can't wait to get the cast off for the big reveal. I can breathe so much better I literally can smell everything so everybody better smell really good if you're around me."
