Charles Sykes/Bravo
Austen Kroll previously called Southern Charm costar Salley Carson the âMVPâ of season 11, exclusively telling Us Weekly that âshe came to playâ â and now that the season is in full swing, fans are beginning to see what he meant.
Salley, who joined the Bravo cast during season 10, has become one of the major players during the current season, which premiered in November. However, not all of her story lines have been positive.
Salley has raised eyebrows throughout season 11 for her romantic entanglement with Craig Conover especially after butting heads with newbie Charley Manley over their respective feelings for Craig.
Charley, however, isnât the only cast member Salley has feuded with this season: Molly OâConnell and Venita Aspen are among those who have gone toe-to-toe with Salley so far.

Ahead of the November premiere, the cast teased that Charley and Salley will find themselves in a love triangle with Craig, which expands into a love trapezoid of sorts. âI donât even know what the shape is called,â Craig exclusively told Us in November, teasing that Austen and newbie Whitner Slagsvol will get involved. âBecause thereâs no equal sides ⊠and multiple corners.â
During season 11, episode 2, that budding love entanglement becomes the source of Charley and Salleyâs first real fight as friends.
âWhat the f***?â Salley said during a confessional in the November episode after seeing Craig and Charley swimming together at her âSalley Sells Singles at the Seashoreâ beach party.

Salley later confronted Charley about her actions, but Charley denied she was trying to get Craigâs attention. âIt was not like that at all,â Charley claimed.
Salley, however, didnât like what she saw. âYouâre full of s***. Iâm not a f***ing idiot, I can see when someone is flirting and they were right in front of my face,â Salley told the cameras.
During season 11, episode 5, which aired in December, Charleyâs feelings for Craig were getting stronger, which she said made her friendship with Salley hard to navigate.
âI do feel like Iâm walking on eggshells a little bit with Salley just because of Craig. Itâs the only thing that Salley and I have ever fought about,â Charley said in a confessional. âBut I can tell thereâs something between Craig and I.â

Molly and Salley were close friends during season 10, but they began butting heads almost instantly to start the current season. Molly took issue with how Salley tried to stir the pot at Madison LeCroyâs baby shower, telling Madison how drunk Molly was.
During the groupâs literary costume party, Molly confronted Salley about her intentions and they got into a small fight. During season 11, episode 4, Molly pointed out that Salley was calling âdibsâ on all the single guys in the group, which Salley denied.
Despite briefly squashing their beef, their fight came to a head during season 11, episode 5, after Molly heard that Salley was telling people about her vaginal rejuvenation surgery. (Venita actually told Salley, but Molly forgave her instantly.)
âMe and Molly were both bitches to each other,â Salley claimed during the December episode, after Venita told her to be âniceâ to Molly.

Molly alleged that Salley âkept talking s***â about her vagina. âYouâve been fucking s***y,â Salley fired back.
âYou are s***y, always, you f***ing a**hole,â Molly yelled in response, causing the whole kitchen to go silent. âYouâre malicious. You need therapy. Cause you f***ing suck,â she added.
Salley was completely taken aback, claiming, âI did not talk s*** about your vagina, Iâm sure itâs great.â
She ended the conversation by telling Molly, âObviously, weâve both done things behind each otherâs back and I do genuinely apologize for that.â
Molly replied, âI thought we hashed it out. I felt good about stuff. I want to be cool.â

In between filming season 10 and 11, Venita and Salley became close friends. However, their dynamic was tested at the start of the new season when Salley began trying to hookup with Craig amid Venitaâs feud with the Sewing Down South founder. (Craig revealed on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen that he was no longer friends with Venita after she reached out to his ex-girlfriend Paige DeSorbo following their 2024 split.)
During the season 11 premiere, which aired in November, Venita and Craig avoided each other while attending Madisonâs baby shower. Salley, however, tried to get Venita to talk to Craig so they could all go to an afterparty and hang out, which didnât sit well with Venita.
âI guess Salley is a girlsâ girl until a man is involved,â Venita quipped to the cameras.

Salley, meanwhile, insisted that she wasnât doing anything wrong. âI donât personally think itâs breaking girl code to be chatting with the enemy,â she said. âIf they start getting in a fight and Craig starts screaming at Venita, Iâm coming in to save my girl. But if Iâm just talking to Craig and having a good conversation with him, I think that thatâs OK.â
During episode 5, Molly claimed that Venita was âmore waryâ of Salley after she continued to seemingly pick Craigâs side every week â which sent Salley over the edge.
âMolly told me youâre wary of me, what the f*** is up with that? I feel like Iâve been a damn good friend to you,â Salley told Venita.
Venita remained calm, explaining, âYou make it very hard being on your side when youâre on a side of someone I donât like.â

While Salley said she heard Venita and âI love you,â she confessed, âI donât want to stop hanging out with Craig.â
Venitaâs request for Salley to side with her became an even bigger issue after Venita gave Craig a kiss on the cheek before leaving his Memorial Day pool party â which she did because he was the host.
âYou can kiss him on the cheek, but you cannot let me hang out with him?â Salley quipped. Venita replied, âYou are doing a lot right now,â before leaving the house.
âI think itâs f***ing weird that she kisses him goodbye and then she has a problem with me being friends with him,â Salley said in a confessional. âTalk about twofaced. What the f***? Thatâs fake, Iâm sorry.â
Southern Charm airs on Bravo Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET.
